New Construction Window & Patio Door Integration
A new residential build required complete weather-tight window and patio door integration prior to siding installation. We mounted 14 vinyl window units and a multi-slide patio door using integrated nail flanges, self-adhering membrane flashing, and low-expansion insulating foam—delivering a fully certified building envelope.
Project Journal
This new residential build required a complete weather-tight envelope installation covering 14 window units and a multi-slide patio door system prior to exterior siding and interior drywall application.
Working in close coordination with the site framing contractor, our technicians verified all rough opening plumb and square tolerances. Each unit was mounted using integrated heavy-duty nail flanges, sealed with self-adhering flashing membranes over the weather-resistive barrier, and thermally insulated behind the jambs with expanding foam.
A comprehensive multi-point quality check was performed across every frame, sash, and lock assembly. The complete structure passed building envelope inspection on the first pass, securing the job site against weather delays for subsequent trades.
